SNR “Gornje podunavlje”

Cooperation with SNR “Gornje podunavlje” began in 2004, during an expedition which took place in the period from July 14th till 26th. Activists in this expedition were members of BSSRS ″Josif Pancic″ and SYRIG “Branislav Bukurov” from Novi Sad. Researchers were located in elementary school in Backi Monostor.

The following sections were covered: microbiology, mycology, hydrobiology, entomology, ichtiology, herpetology, mammalogy, botanics, ornithology, section for country tourism and hunting tourism analysis, photo section.

The crown of expedition in 2004. was a picture exhibition of Silard Kovac photographer, and premier projection of the movie “Gornje podunavlje” recorded during camp as a result of cooperation between BSSRS ″Josif Pancic″ and Kino Club, Novi Sad.

Expeditions in Gornje podunavlje were also made in 2005. in July and in August. Following sections were covered: botanics, mycology, herpetology and ornithology. After evaluating results of these expeditions, volunteer work camps were organiezed by Volunteer center of Vojvodina (www.volontiraj.org) in cooperation with SNR “Gornje podunavlje”.
